This is the most popular and utilized benefit to the Protégé Program. In most cases, the help needed can simply be addressed by phone. Your Coach being a phone call away can make the difference between making a deal... or making a bad deal.

Personal One-on-One Day
Wealth Delivered gives you one on one time with your mentor during your first six months. Your coach will personally go with you to properties to analyze your market and area.
Quarterly "Networking Meeting"
All Wealth Delivered students are invited to this meeting where a real estate professional speaks about their specialty field. Now you can network with other students to see where others are going, and how you can all assist each other!

Deal Submission Review

Having a second set of eyes look at your deals as you are working them is an invaluable resource. The whole basis of the coaching program is to get you to do more deals. If at any time you need a deal reviewed before you decide to pull the trigger you will have the right to submit the deal to our coaches so you can get that all-important second opinion.
